By accessing or using Nano Banana Watermark Remover ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Service Description

The Service is a free, client-side web tool that removes watermarks from images. All processing occurs entirely in your browser. We do not upload, store, or have access to any images you process.

User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

By using this Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the images or have explicit permission from the copyright holder to modify them.
  • You have the legal right to remove or modify the watermarks on the images you process.
  • You will not use this Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • You will not use this Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • You understand that removing watermarks without authorization may violate copyright laws in your jurisdiction.

Important: We provide this tool for legitimate uses only, such as removing your own watermarks or watermarks you have permission to remove. Misuse of this tool for copyright infringement is your sole responsibility.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for personal or commercial image processing, but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service itself without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

You acknowledge that we cannot monitor what images you upload or how you use the processed results. You assume all risk and responsibility for your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Third-Party Services

The Service is hosted on Cloudflare. Your use of the Service is also subject to Cloudflare's terms and policies. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party infrastructure.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
